Mentorship Agreement & Acknowledgment

• I understand this is a group-based mentorship — not 1:1 coaching.
• I understand analysts operate independently and are not all active at the same time.
• I understand mentor availability varies and I won't always reach my preferred mentor immediately.
• I understand no guaranteed 1:1 sessions, no personal trade calls, and no account management are included.

• I understand this program is educational only and is not financial, investment, or tax advice.
• I understand no results are guaranteed, including prop-firm evaluation outcomes.
• I understand trading futures and funded accounts involves substantial risk of loss.

• I confirm that the total program price is $4,400.00 USD
• I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 USD is required today to reserve my seat
• I understand that the $500 deposit pays for the seat reservation and is non-refundable regardless of whether I choose to continue with the program
• I understand that the remaining balance of $3,900.00 USD will be charged on the cohort start date, when program access is delivered
• I understand that if I choose not to continue before the cohort start date, I forfeit the $500 deposit and my seat will be released

• I understand that the $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances
• I understand that if I cancel before the cohort start date, I forfeit the $500 deposit and my seat is released
• I understand that once the remaining $3,900 balance is charged and access is delivered on the cohort start date, all sales are final with no refunds, returns, or cancellations

• I understand that the deposit confirms my seat reservation and Discord access will be delivered on the cohort start date
• I understand that continued participation is not required for the service to be considered fulfilled once access is granted

• I understand that all Program content — including live sessions, pre-recorded videos, Discord messages, strategies, templates, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Traders Wealth Lounge LLC and the respective analysts
• I agree NOT to copy, record, screen capture, screenshot, download, or archive any Program content in any form
• I agree NOT to share, distribute, resell, repost, or redistribute any Program content — including videos, links, strategies, messages, or materials — on any platform, including social media, YouTube, Telegram, external Discord servers, or any other public or private channel
• I agree NOT to share my Discord access or login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends
• I agree NOT to teach, mentor, or coach others using Program methodology, strategies, or materials — paid or unpaid — without express written permission from TWL
• I agree NOT to use Program content to train artificial intelligence models or any automated content-generation tools
• I understand that any violation of these content protection rules will result in immediate termination of Program access without refund, and TWL may pursue all available legal remedies, including monetary damages and injunctive relief

• I understand that TWL actively monitors account access, including IP addresses, login locations, and device activity, to detect unauthorized sharing. I agree to this monitoring and understand that evidence of account sharing will result in immediate termination without refund.
